NAATA a bond, a connection is designed to directly connect all our valued consumers to us, facilitating more engagement with more frequency, creating a bond endearing the people of Pakistan to us.
Our Out-Sourced Call Center is set up in collaboration with The Resource Group (TRG) Pakistan. In TRG we have found a partner that is as passionate about delighting consumers as we are at Nestlé.
0800 62282(NAATA) is a toll free number, where the call does not cost anything to the caller, we pick up the cost, this has been done to facilitate and encourage more of our consumers to contact us. It will be the gateway to bridge the gap between us and you- redressing your complaints, answering your queries, and hearing your suggestions - providing a human , caring interface.
Utilizing state of the art hardware and software technology and employing a dedicated staff of 8 at TRG - 5 Call Center Agents and 3 Supervisors working Monday through Saturday, 10 am to 7 pm - with reduced turn around time NAATA promises to enhance the channels of communication and pave the way for greater efficiencies in the overall Consumer Care experience: opening the doors for customers to the heart of Nestlé.
